These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the WATER SHURIKEN online store (the "Service") operated by WATER SHURIKEN Co., Ltd. (株式会社ウォーターシュリケン, "we," "us," or "our"). All users of the Service ("you") must agree to these Terms before using the Service.

Article 1 (Application)

1. These Terms apply to all matters between you and us relating to the use of the Service.
2. Our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, Legal Notice, and other rules posted on the Service form part of these Terms. If these Terms differ from any of those rules, those rules will prevail.

Article 2 (Accounts)

1. You may create an account in the manner we specify. You can also purchase products without creating an account.
2. You must register accurate information and manage your login information at your own responsibility. We are not responsible for any damage caused by inadequate management of your login information or its use by a third party.
3. If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or delete your account without prior notice.

Article 3 (Orders and Formation of Contract)

1. A sales contract is formed when you complete the checkout process on the Service and we send you an order confirmation email.
2. We may decline an order, or cancel it even after the contract is formed, if the item is out of stock, the price is displayed incorrectly, the order is suspected to be fraudulent, we determine that the order is for resale, or we otherwise determine that the order is inappropriate. In such cases, we will refund any payment received.
3. Product images may differ from the actual color and texture of the item. For product characteristics, please see our Refund Policy.

Article 4 (Prices and Payment)

1. Product prices are as shown on each product page (tax included). Shipping fees are borne separately by you as set out in our Shipping Policy.
2. Payment methods and payment timing are as set out in our Legal Notice.
3. For orders shipped outside Japan, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and other charges may be your responsibility.

Article 5 (Delivery)

Shipping times, delivery methods, and the handling of undeliverable orders are as set out in our Shipping Policy. Ownership of and risk for the products pass to you when the products are delivered to you.

Article 6 (Returns and Exchanges)

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled as set out in our Refund Policy. As the Service is a mail-order sale, the cooling-off system does not apply.

Article 7 (Prohibited Acts)

When using the Service, you must not engage in any of the following:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Registering or providing false information, or impersonating another person
• Purchasing products for the purpose of resale
• Interfering with the operation of the Service, unauthorized access, or placing an excessive load on the system

We may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service without prior notice in the event of system maintenance, failures, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances. We are not responsible for any damage you incur as a result.

1. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the information on the Service or that the Service is fit for any particular purpose of yours.
